5. Subscriptions, Payments, and Refunds

• By providing a payment method, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge all applicable fees and taxes.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

• To the maximum extent permitted by Wisconsin law, Metochoi Learning and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or USD $100, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Metochoi Learning and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of another person or entity.

19. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

• Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
